At EVPM, we have successfully engaged with a number of blue chip clients constructing, developing and managing their contact centres, from initial concept through to full operational status. We have extensive knowledge of building a new site or improving existing centres. At EVPM, we take away the perception that building and running a successful contact centre is a black art.

We take a pragmatic view and focus on the main areas – the people, the processes, and the technology. Using the EVPM people management approach enables us to select and recruit the right people. Using the EVPM process development and improvement methodologies enables us to perfectly implement the correct business processes for your contact centre, whether it is inbound, outbound, blended, voice, web, email or paper.

We then overlay the most appropriate technology infrastructure in terms of telephony, CRM, ERP and dialling platform. We will take full responsibility for the centre build, managing the planning and project until the centre is fully operational. Further to this, we will also supply any management requirement, on an interim basis, to operate the centre until you are in position to be self-sufficient.
